1. Who we are

TailLog is a service of Big Bulldog UK Ltd, company number 15946705, registered office 35 Heol Gleien, Abertawe, Powys, SA9 2TW ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@cambriandigital.co.uk. By creating an account you agree to these terms and confirm you have read our Privacy Policy.

2. Using TailLog

• You must be 18 or over.
• Give us a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has got in.
• Only add information and files you have the right to use. Don't upload anything unlawful, harmful or that belongs to someone else.
• Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of TailLog, or use it to send spam.

3. Not veterinary advice

TailLog works out when treatments such as vaccines, flea and worming may be due using common UK schedules, and lets you store records. This is general information to help you keep organised. It is not veterinary advice and it may not suit your pet's individual needs. Always follow your vet's instructions and ask them if you are unsure. Reminders are a convenience and are not guaranteed to arrive, so please don't rely on them alone for anything important.

4. Your information

Everything you add to TailLog stays yours. You give us permission only to store and process it so we can provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can download a copy of all of it, or delete your account and everything in it, from the Account screen at any time.

5. Free service and changes

TailLog is currently free. We plan to offer an optional paid plan in future. If we do, we will explain it clearly before you pay for anything, and the free features you already use won't be switched to paid without notice. We may improve, change or remove features, and we will try to give you reasonable notice of anything significant.

6. Availability

We work hard to keep TailLog running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free from errors. Sometimes we need to pause it for maintenance. Please keep your own copy of anything important, for example by using the download option in the Account screen.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account if these terms are broken or the service is being misused, and we'll tell you why where we can. If we ever decide to close TailLog altogether we will give you notice and time to download your information.

8. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our failing to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Nothing here affects your legal rights as a consumer. Otherwise, because TailLog is provided free of charge, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for a missed or late treatment, appointment or reminder.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a change that matters, we'll update the date at the top and tell you in the app or by email. Carrying on using TailLog after that means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring a claim in the courts where you live. If we can't sort out a complaint between us, you may be entitled to use an alternative dispute resolution service.
